Santa Sophia Academy is an excellent choice for your child’s education in Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through Eighth Grade. Application fee for new students is $30 dollars and registration Fee of $275 will apply starting April 1, 2022. This fee will not be applied against past tuition or any other past charges or monies owed and that my child’s space in a class will not be reserved until the registration fee and the FACTS online enrollment process is completed. My child’s enrollment will be contingent upon full payment of any outstanding tuition, church support, EDC payments and any other outstanding agreements to the school.   *FACTS one time payments apply:    $70 FACTS fee &  $30 FACTS fee for any delinquent planned payments.

Open Enrollment 2023-2024 For New Families ONLY

Application fee for new students is $30 dollars registration Fee is $250 per child through March 31, 2023. Late registration Fee of $275  will apply starting April 1, 2023. This is a non-refundable fee.

3. You will have to verify your Account and Login.
4. You can start your application and once completed you will move on to the enrollment process.
5. To log in to your account   FACTS Family Portal   
6. Enter the District Code: SSA-CA user name and password you created.
7. Always keep your Log In & Password handy as you will need it for application and enrollment status. 

Open Re-enrollment 2023-2024 For Returning Families

 Re-registration Fee is $250 per child through March 31, 2023. Late registration Fee of $275  will apply starting April 1, 2023. This is a non-refundable fee. 

Reminder! You have not registered for the FACTS Family Portal. Please register in order to proceed with the NEW! Online 2023-2024 Re-enrollment. If you will not be re-enrolling please click on the Will Not Enroll Tab to confirm.

2. On the left column, click apply/enroll 
3. Click enrollment/re-enrollment 
4. Follow the directions to complete the enrollment application
