Water stations are available throughout the campus. Students can bring their refillable water bottles and refill as needed.

Ordering Student Lunches Through FACTS Family Portal

Step 1: Log into FACTS Family Portal

1. Go to the FACTS Family Portal Website login page.
2. Enter the district code, which is SSA-CA. Then enter your username and password. If
you do not remember your password click forgot password and an email will be sent to
you.
3. Click on “Login”

Step 2: Click on the ‘Student” tab located on the left hand menu

Step 3: In the submenu below click on the tab labeled “Lunch”

Step 4: Select the Date

1. A calendar view will appear showing the available dates for ordering lunch.
2. Click on the date for which you want to order lunch.
3. After selecting a date, a list of available meals for that day/week will be displayed

Step 5: Choose the Meal and Confirm Payment

1. On the top part of the page, click the blue tab labeled “Create Web Order.” This will
open a page where you can start selecting meals for your child on each day.
2. Click on each child’s name, then click on the day of the week you want to order for.
3. Put in the number of lunches you want to order for that day. You’ll need to do this
step for each child individually!
4. Scroll down and click “Submit Order.” Then, confirm your orders look correct by clicking
on “Confirm and Pay.”
5. This will take you to a payment page. Due to this being a payment, you may need to
verify who you are by having a verification code sent to you in your email. Check your
email for the code then enter it. Then click “pay now” at the bottom of the page.

Step 6: Confirm your items were ordered:

1. After you submit your order, a confirmation email will be sent from FACTS. If you don’t
receive an email from them, there may be an error and your payment did not go through.
2. Following an error, log back into your FACTS account to make sure you completed the
process by submitting the payment.

Important Reminders:

• On the Friday of each week, you will be granted access to order for the following week. Deadline to order your lunches is Sunday. Payment for lunches will be automatically taken when you order online. Therefore, there will be no refunds due to a one time automatic payment.
• If you are purchasing hot lunch for your child, please inform them on the days they will be receiving hot lunch. This will help your child know they need to go to the hot lunch line. This will ensure that they receive their lunch promptly.
• If your child believes they have hot lunch, but their name is not on the list, they will need to ask a staff member to go to the office to call you. You’ll be able to verify if you ordered lunch by checking the confirmation email sent by FACTS when you placed your order.

Helpful Tips for Parents Ordering Hot Lunch:

• Check deadlines: Ensure you place orders by our designated deadline, which will be on the Sunday of every week.
• Review menu: Consider reviewing the menu with your child in advance to help them decide on their meal choices. This will help prevent errors in lunch choices as there are no refunds or changes after you submit your payment.
