Happy Wednesday!I hope you all had a wonderful three day weekend.
During the Month of October our devotion is to the Holy Rosary. During this month we make a special effort to pray the rosary daily. How can you add the rosary into your families routine?
We continue to focus on the Fruit of Joy this month.One way the students in grades 5-8 shared J.O.Y. today was by participating in Synod Discussion. If you haven't heard each Parish is hosting a dialogue sessions surrounding the Eucharistic Revival. Each school was asked to host sessions for their 5th-8th grade students. It was a wonderful opportunity for our students to share their thoughts on the Eucharist. All the thoughts will be brought to Rome by Cardinal McElroy to be shared with the Conference of Bishops and the Pope. What an awesome opportunity for our students to have their voices heard by the leaders of the Church.Dia De Las Muertos CraftsMrs. Pinillos, a mom of a Kindergartener, will be assisting Profe with some Katrina crafts. She is looking for volunteers and donations to support their projects. Please click the link to support!Pictures are also being accepted for the Ofrenda in Profe's classroom. This is a great way to remember loved ones that have died. Please make sure that you put your child's name and grade on the back so we can return the picture.
