¡Hola! My name is Marcelo Loeza. I am very grateful to be part of the Santa Sophia Academy. This is my 4th year! I teach Spanish and Technology to TK-8th grade. You can learn more about these programs on the "Student Programs" section of our website.

I was born and raised in Guerrero, Mexico. I attended Point Loma High School and San Diego State University where I earned my BA degree in Spanish Literature. I have taught many grades, including experience in the special needs field. 

I enjoy reading, riding my bike, and writing songs. I also like to crochet!
